We are just starting up as a small farm at the head of Kachemak Bay, Homer, Alaska, off-grid and off-road with 177 acres (half which are old hay fields). We have a strong seasonal farmers market here so we figured we try selling root veggies in the off-season - the time when we have road access (ice road!) - through the Alaska Food Hub network.
