Hello, I am Rosalie Truong and I am both a farmer and a doctor. I have owned 2 farms over the past thirteen years. I started out doing farm to fiber with a number of German angora rabbits, then angora goats and now sheep. To fill in the lack of fiber sales, I started doing farm to table with chicken eggs and went on to supplying local chefs, restaurants and markets with a variety of eggs ( chicken, duck, quails, turkeys, goose, and guineas) and meats ( chicken, duck, rabbit, quails). We also supply live goat for the ethnic markets/customers.
