84 y/o female.  General manager of a community farm on Daufuskie Island, SC.  No bridge, just have to come by boat.  400 full time residents.  Lots of visitors and tourists.  Started in 2010 on 8 acres of totally wooded ground.  Now have 23 buildings all constructed from trees felled and milled into the lumber.  Have Nubian goats, chickens, guineas, ducks, geese and an overfed pig. We have a garden and orchard and we are close to opening our Artisan Village with fine artists, photographers, potters, blacksmiths, fiber arts such as sewing on treadle sewing machine, weaving and spinning.  It is totally operated and maintained by volunteers.  It is a non profit 501 c 3 based on education for the community and visitors.  It is supported by donations, auctions and tours.
