Hello my brothers and I recently inherited my father’s 49 acre farm. It has been a non working farm for quite a while, it was under contract to a developer for over 6 years. We also inherited a large amount of debt and need to start making it back into a working farm ASAP! We are looking into what is the best way to start this new adventure!
